Stage layouts
What stage layouts can I choose?
We offer a full stage with side wings and a shortened stage without the wings. Our current photographs show the full stage; photographs of the shortened version will be added when available.
How do I choose a layout for my site?
Tell us about your venue, available space, access and planned performance. We’ll discuss the layout with you and confirm dimensions and site requirements before booking.
Lighting & sound
Can the lighting suit the mood of our event?
Yes. Lighting is available to suit the atmosphere you want, from a warm and intimate feel to a lively party. Describe your event and the mood you want so we can discuss a suitable setup.
Can you provide sound for acoustic music through to a disco?
Yes. Full sound systems are available for acoustic performances, live music and disco events. The equipment is agreed around your performers, audience and venue.
Can we hire the equipment and set it up ourselves?
Yes. Sound equipment and other agreed equipment can be hired for you to set up. Tell us what you need and who will handle setup so the equipment and arrangements can be confirmed. Fireworks are excluded from self-setup.
Can you supply a sound engineer?
Yes. Sound engineer support is available as an option. You can choose engineer support or equipment hire for self-setup; the quote will confirm the agreed service.
Are lighting, sound and engineers included in stage hire?
They are offered as added extras. Your quote will set out the stage configuration, equipment and any engineer support included, so you know what you are booking.
Managed fireworks
Can we add a firework experience?
Yes. We offer a firework experience as a service managed by our team, subject to availability and the suitability of your event site.
Can we hire fireworks and run the display ourselves?
No. Fireworks are supplied only as a managed service by us. We do not supply fireworks for equipment-only hire, customer setup or customer operation.
What needs to be agreed for a firework display?
Share your venue, proposed date, timing and plans. Our team will review site suitability and discuss the display arrangements, site requirements and any permissions needed before confirming the service.
Can weather affect the fireworks?
Weather and site conditions can affect whether a display can go ahead. The arrangements for assessing conditions, making the operational decision and handling a change will be agreed as part of your booking.
Planning & booking
How much do added extras cost?
Pricing depends on the equipment and services required for your event. Tell us your date, venue, stage layout and preferred extras so we can discuss a quote.
What information should we provide?
Share your date, venue location, event type, stage preference, expected audience, performers or music plans, and any lighting, sound or firework requirements. Mention whether you need a sound engineer or plan to set up equipment yourself.
Where can we find operational documents?
The Operationals section has spaces for RAMS, setup instructions, process documents and site location and layout information. Documents currently marked awaiting attachment are not yet available to download.
Does the website enquiry confirm a booking?
The current enquiry form is a preview: it does not send an enquiry or reserve a date. Availability, the service specification and booking arrangements must be confirmed with the owners.
Hire agreement
Where can I read the hire agreement?
Our draft hire agreement covers equipment care, deposits, cancellations, site responsibilities and managed fireworks. It includes booking and handover schedules and is available to read or download. It is awaiting legal review and completion of the business details, and is not yet the operative booking contract.
